Mirka DEROS II 650X 6" 5mm Random Orbital Vacuum Ready Electric Sander, With T-Loc Storage Case, (MID65040CAUS) is a powerful and compact direct electric orbital sander makes quick work of tight spaces. The successful Mirka DEOS sander has reached a new generation. The new Mirka DEROS II features a list of improvements to make sanding even easier than before.

The DEROS II 650X has a 6" backup pad and 5mm (3/16") oscillation. The 5mm oscillation is suitable for sanding projects, it is the oscillation most commonly used and achieves a good balance between stock removal and surface finish. The effective DEROS II is a compact and easy-to-use electric sander.

The long-life brushless electric motors of the new Mirka DEROS II models effortlessly get through demanding sanding jobs. Operator comfort continues at a high standard with a low noise level, reducing stress when sanding for longer periods. For monitoring vibration levels, the smart Mirka DEROS II models are compatible with the myMirka® app through Bluetooth® connectivity.

Well-known for their leading ergonomics and balanced feel, the award-winning design of the Mirka DEROS is made even more user-friendly. Adjusting the sanding speed is now even easier, as the Mirka DEROS II models feature clearly visible LED indicators on the speed selector together with a separate on/off button.

This DEROS system includes a Mirka 6" grip vacuum backup pad (916GV48), 6" pad saver (9956), wrench for changing backup pads (MPP0412), changeable US 110 power cord (MIE6517211), sample abrasives, plastic tray liner and Mirka Systainer T-LOC Case (MIN6532011).

Recommended Vacuum Accessories:

The DEROS vacuum connection utilizes a 1-1/4" O.D. threaded hose. Consider using with a Mirka 12' Vacuum Hose (MIN6519411), 18' (MVHA-5) or 32' (MVHA-10) Coaxial Vacuum Hoses recommended, sold separately. Consider a Mirka DE-1230 series Dust Extractor to complete your dust-free sanding system. Mirka also offers a 130-gram weighted 5" backup pad (915GV28-130) specifically designed for 6" sanders so you can use both 5" and 6" grip sanding discs with your 6" DEROS.
